REMOTE MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF SILOS AND DIESEL TANKS

Two COBO systems to have more and more awareness and control of what happens in farm

COBO silos sensors consist of a "radar" (low cost and easy to install) and temperature/humidity probes which together collect data, through the connectivity unit (CANLive); this sends the data to the "COBO INTOUCH AGRI" Cloud, to then have them available on PCs and smartphones. Basically, by measuring the volume of the silo it is possible to know the residual of stored material at any time; if you know the weight per cubic meter of the product placed in the silo, you can even know the correct weight inside.

The petrol mobile counter and fixed tanks are very similar, using a flowmeter and one display with dedicated software we have the possibility of identifying the refueling release via RFID cards only by authorized operators.

DIGITALIZATION OF PLOWS AND SEEDERS

It's not just about collecting machining and tool data, but also about adding new functions

In the first part of the video we are in the Cremona countryside where we will find a five-furrow plow sensorized by COBO. The most interesting functions added is that of having different "pre-settings" of the plow's working adjustments, which can be set with a simple button on the on-board display, the machine will load itself the correct settings based on the different types of land and jobs planned.

In the second part we see an inter-row seeder to which sensors have been added on the distribution rods and some other sensors on the frame which, (also in this case) in addition to monitoring and collecting data, add functions to control the quantity of the seed distributed and in case of obstruction of the rods to alert the operator on the tractor through the dedicated display.
